Here we offer the replacement of the dc power jack for your notebook - the price includes the new jack.. (Laptops above 120w pls. call us before order, no repair of micro-USB, USB-C jacks, no combi sockets like Lenovo Onelink) When replacing the power jack from your notebook / laptopof course it is cleaned inside, especially the fan, as there is always dust and the fan blades gradually closes.
How does the process work?
You buy here the repair service for the replacement and send in your Notebook with battery and power supply (the hard disk is not needed for the repair, if you want, you can take these from the Notebook). Please always enclose our completed service form.
After receipt of the notebook, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email, as well as a notification about the return shipment after the repair of your notebook.
The exchange most takes one working day in the house. We have the correct jack in stock for 99.9% of all notebooks.
Payment by Paypal, advance payment or cash on delivery. If you have not purchased the repair service through our shop, the return will be cash on delivery (plus the COD charge).

The exchange price only applies to equipment that the customer has not tried to repair already! For already attempted, unsuccessful repair attempts, we will create a cost statement for the repair (cost estimate) if necessary. If we find out that the fault is not or not only due to a defective socket and we return the unit unrepaired, we charge a check fee of 29 € (incl. shipping back).
