Sales to customers and dealers!

Shipping in Germany only 1.50 € incl. VAT (from 30€ free) 
or "DHL Warenpost" with Tracking Number 3.57€ incl. USt

Orders placed before 3 p.m. are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and on Saturdays by 12 noon.

- power supply sockets / USB sockets, plug by mail letter-mailing (in large cardboard box or bubble cover) (delivery usually in 1-3 business days in the mailbox, DHL Warenpost most 1 business day) 

- power supplies and accessories by DHL (delivery usually within 1-2 business days)
- Returns of notebooks via DHL (delivery usually within 1-2 business days)

In the time Advent/Christmas time, it can takes a little bit longer, because of increased volumes of parcel at DHL.

Cash on delivery in Germany add 6 € (within Germany only)

Of course, self-pickup after consultation is possible.

Shipping outside Germany, within the EU, Switzerland, UK, Rest of World (but some States we did not sell)

- Power supply sockets / USB sockets, plugs from 6.79 Euro Shipping costs via Deutsche Post with tracking number or via DHL from 15€. Returns of notebooks 15-25 € depending on the weight of the notebook (only within the EU).
Shipping time most 3-7 working days in Europe, 7-21 working days worldwide. 

- Shipping to USA/Canada is 7.52 €.  

Payment by Paypal, Cash on Delivery, Prepayment.
Schools, public institutions and resellers with valid VAT IDs can be invoiced.
